Application are now open for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Summer applications are open for the 2024 summer semester with limited spaces available at McGill and Westgate.
Home to over 570 students, our modern, 11-storey tower has some of the best views in the city. Each private bedroom includes a desk, chair, double XL bed, TV and overhead lighting. Floors are co-ed, but individual units are either all female or all male. Choose either a two- or four-bedroom suite.

Multipurpose room
Our multipurpose room comes with chairs, tables, projector screen and surround-sound system. This is a great room for late night study sessions, or any of the events organized by the RAs and residents’ council teams.
Patio and barbecue
With an eight-foot barbecue open year-round, you can enjoy the evening with friends on our patio and take in the spectacular view of the Thompson Rivers from September through to April.
Studio
A perfect space for yoga, dancing or meditation. The studio has a view of the Thompson Rivers and the city of Kamloops.
Cardio room
Located on the 10th floor and overlooking the breathtaking Thompson Rivers, the cardio room is equipped with the essentials to ensure a complete and satisfying cardio workout.
TV lounge
Our comfortable lounges come complete with a large-screen television, leather couches, chairs and tables, with views overlooking the city. Perfect for get-togethers with friends, movie nights or board-game nights, these rooms can be found throughout the building.
Study lounge
Located in a quiet environment, each lounge has wireless internet access and is perfect for group or individual study sessions.
Common kitchens
There are three common kitchens located throughout the building to use at your leisure. Each kitchen is open 24 hours a day and is equipped with two stoves, double sink, counter space, tables and chairs, and vending machines.
Laundry room
Our laundry room is available to residents 24 hours a day. With energy-saving, front-loading washers and dryers, all residents have to do is load up their card right in the laundry room — no more fumbling around for change.
In order to apply for housing a non-refundable $100 application fee is required.
Upon acceptance a $250 security deposit will be due. This deposit will be fully refundable after move out as long as your account is paid up to date and room is left clean and undamaged.
All rates include a $60 mandatory residence life activity fee which is non-refundable.
