Out of Province Transcripts

All out of province applicants should ensure that their transcript is requested at the time that they apply to TRU, to ensure that the transcript reaches admissions by the program application deadline.

If you are currently in high school, send your transcripts now and at the time of graduation.

TRU accepts both mailed and emailed transcripts. Emailed transcripts in a PDF format will only be considered official if they are received from a high school administrator’s email address.

Yukon Applicants:

If you are a current high school student or have been out of high school for less than 5 years, contact the Yukon high school that you last attended. They will send the transcript to the TRU.

If you have been out of high school for more than 5 years, download and complete the Transcript and Student Record Request form. Submit this request in person at the Education Building (1000 Lewe Boulevard, Whitehorse, Yukon), through email (transcripts@yukon.ca), fax (867-633-7983), or mail:

The transcript will then be sent directly to TRU.

Northwest Territories Applicants:

Applicants submit a request for a copy of their high school transcript by completing the request form. Your transcript will be sent directly to TRU.

Alberta Applicants:

Applicants order their high school transcript through myPass. Your transcript will be sent directly to TRU.

Saskatchewan Applicants:

Applicants order their transcript by submitting this online form. Select for your transcript to be mailed to TRU.

Manitoba Applicants:

Applicants submit the Manitoba Statement of High School Marks request form to the Education Administration Service Branch. You will then be mailed 2 copies of your official statements of high school marks to your mailing address which will then need to be mailed in a sealed envelope to TRU by you.

If you are a current high school student or attended high school in the previous academic year, include a copy of your final marks from your high school. If you are still taking high school courses, provide your interim marks.

Ontario Applicants:

Applicants contact the high school that they last attended or graduated from to request that the school mail their transcript to TRU.

Quebec Applicants:

Applicants complete the Ministry of Education and Higher Education of Quebec transcript request form. Your transcript will be sent directly to TRU.

Nunavut Applicants:

Applicants submit a transcript request form to the Department of Education. Your transcript will be sent directly to TRU.

New Brunswick Applicants:

Applicants contact the high school that they last attended or graduated from to obtain their transcript.

Newfoundland and Labrador Applicants:

Applicants fill out a transcript request form and submit it to the High School Certification Office for the transcript to be sent to TRU by email (admissions@tru.ca) or by mail.

Nova Scotia Applicants:

Applicants contact the high school that they last attended or graduated from to obtain their transcript.

Prince Edward Island Applicants:

Applicants contact the high school that they last attended or graduated from to obtain their transcript.
