Job Fair Employer Information
The TRU Job Fair provides a space and time for employers and TRU students to meet and develop future employment relationships. Employers set up tradeshow booths and engage with students, recent graduates and alumni throughout the day. Through this, employers will gain exposure to talented, motivated individuals who are preparing for the workforce while promoting their company. Meanwhile, students will gain career insights and prepare to enter the workforce in their chosen fields.
In 2024, the TRU Job Fair had 110 employers and over 3,500 students. This year, TRU aims to host 110 employers and over 3,800 students and alumni. Employers are welcome to offer immediate positions to students and alumni or, for organizations that are currently not hiring, provide insight into their industry and promote related careers. Our goal is to have 100 students hired and thousands of connections made between students and organizations as they explore their future employment.
The TRU Job Fair is a great opportunity for organizations to recruit and enhance their presence at TRU. We look forward to hosting and welcoming everyone to our twenty-fifth annual TRU Job Fair.
Employer Registration
The proceeds collected from registering for the TRU Job Fair directly funds the TRU Co-op Student of the Year Award as well as several student jobs on campus.
