Parking Appeal

1. The application must be accompanied by a $25 appeal fee (per ticket)
2. If successful, the appeal fee(s) will be refunded to the appellant and the ticket will be cancelled
3. Complete the form below with specifics of what you are appealing and the details and amounts you are requesting a refund for
4. Upload your supporting documentation with the form (receipts, photos, information) *
5. Submit your application
6. Pay the appeal fee(s) in person at the Concord Parking office, first floor, Campus Activity Centre
