Due to high demand, premium and reserved parking permits for the Kamloops campus lots are allocated through a lottery system. These annual permits are valid for the academic year, starting Sept. 1 and ending Aug. 31.

Follow these steps to apply for premium or reserved parking during the lottery period.
-
Sign in
When the lottery is open, login to tru.concordparking.com using your TRU credentials. -
Select your preferred lots
Choose the premium and/or reserved lots you would like to enter. Select only one payment method for each lot (for example, monthly credit card or payroll deduction for employees). -
Choose your lottery permit
Select the permit dated September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027 and click the amber Lottery button. -
Complete your application
Enter your name, phone number and email address. If this is your first application, a parking account will be created automatically. Repeat the process for any additional lots you wish to enter.
Payment options are confirmed only after you have accepted a permit offer. Credit card payments are processed immediately upon acceptance, while payroll deductions begin when your permit becomes active on September 1.
The reserved lottery remains open after the premium lottery closes, allowing applicants who are unsuccessful in the premium draw to still enter the reserved lottery.
Parking wait-lists
Missed the lottery or didn't receive a permit? Join a wait-list for future permit opportunities.
Any premium or reserved permits that remain unsold after the lottery will move to the appropriate wait-list. Applicants who missed the lottery or were unsuccessful may join a wait-list through the TRU–Concord Parking Portal .
Wait-lists operate automatically whenever permits become available through cancellations, declined offers or unpaid permits. Successful applicants receive an email with a unique link and have 24 hours to accept and purchase the permit.
2026/27 wait-list dates
- Reserved wait-list opens June 16.
- Premium wait-list opens June 16.
Once you accept a waitlisted permit, you are automatically removed from every other parking wait-list you have joined.
