  Notice of motion was served at the Board of Governors' meeting on February 28, 2025. The proposed revisions to the policy will be considered for approval at the board meeting scheduled to take place on March 28, 2025. Comments on the proposed revisions to this policy may be forwarded to secretariat@tru.ca until 4:00pm on March 14, 2025.

   Notice of motion was served at the Senate meeting on February 24, 2025. The proposed revisions to the policy will be considered for approval at the Senate meeting scheduled to take place on March 24, 2025. Comments on this proposed new policy may be forwarded to secretariat@tru.ca until 4:00pm on March 12, 2025.
