Mark Perry, Trade Cert. Alberta, Inst. Dip.; Mark's 10 years industry experience includes some of the first class hotels in Calgary. He was also an instructor at Lethbridge Community College. He is a member of the Canadian Federation of Chef and Cooks (C.F.C.C.). Born and raised just up the valley in Barriere, a former student of ours, makes full circle.
